About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Agent to engage potential and existing customers, present our products and services, and drive sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, goal‑oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact prospects and existing customers to introduce products and services.
  • Answer product‑related questions and provide clear information.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Process orders and ensure correct documentation.
  • Maintain detailed call and sales records, noting useful insights.
  • Strive to meet or exceed sales quotas and support future sales opportunities.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer‑service role.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets, preferably via phone.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum qualification: OND Certificate.
