Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role you will support strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking, analyzing user behavior, and delivering reports that improve website performance, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.

• Tableau (or similar visualization tool)
• SQL (preferred)
• Basic HTML / JavaScript for tag implementation
