French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms.
