About the role

We are looking for a Reverse Auction Sales Executive to join our fast‑paced team in Germany. You will turn warm inbound enquiries into booked revenue by running live competitions between transport partners, negotiating rates, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own your desk like a business: manage the full pipeline, from response time and follow‑ups to conversion, margin and booked revenue.
• Act instantly on warm leads: contact customers within minutes, qualify quickly and keep momentum high.
• Run live reverse auctions: engage multiple transport partners to compete for each job and secure the best viable rate.
• Negotiate confidently: balance customer value with supplier pricing while protecting margin and booking quality.
• Convert with discipline: drive every enquiry to a clear outcome – booked, scheduled follow‑up, or properly closed.
• Upsell value‑added services that improve customer outcomes and increase booking value.
• Track daily numbers: monitor activity, conversion and revenue to identify the right levers for growth.
