HR Manager – Senegal

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function for Ria Financial Services Senegal, ensuring that HR strategies support business priorities. This role partners closely with local leadership and regional HR teams to drive compliance, talent management, and a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business partner for the Senegal entity, advising on workforce planning and organizational decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, manage relationships with recruitment partners, and oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Drive the performance management cycle, support managers with evaluations, and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in line with Senegalese labor law.
• Support compensation processes, coordinate payroll with Finance, and manage employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Oracle Fusion and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Design and implement employee engagement activities such as town halls and surveys.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the financial services or money‑transfer sector.
• Strong knowledge of Senegalese labor legislation and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
