Regional Agricultural Manager

About the role

The Regional Agricultural Manager will lead and coordinate multiple agricultural initiatives across the region, from pilots and trials to farmer training programs. Based in Thies, Senegal, you will ensure projects are well‑designed, executed on time, and aligned with farmer needs to support myAgro’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute regional agricultural projects, pilots, and trials covering inputs, production systems, ag‑forestry, poultry, and new service models.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear work plans, timelines, budgets, and accountability.
• Implement quality control systems to guarantee high standards of field execution.
• Collaborate with Innovations, Sales, Development, and other teams to align pilots with innovation and fundraising priorities.
• Design, manage, and continuously improve agricultural training programs for farmers and field staff, adapting content to local contexts and preparing digital‑ready curriculum.
• Lead applied R&D activities, set up robust trial frameworks, collect data, and use insights to decide on scaling or discontinuation of pilots.
• Monitor trends and partnerships in the agricultural ecosystem to identify learning and collaboration opportunities.
