Business Development Specialist – Energy Storage

About the role

Alpha ESS is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to help expand its global footprint in electricity storage solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify market opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and drive new partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted market research, monitor industry trends and analyse economic data.
• Prepare high‑quality offer documents, presentations and acquisition materials.
• Support the implementation of business development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop proposals and marketing collateral to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing strategies and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
• Promote Alpha ESS products and services, aligning them with client objectives.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients and negotiate sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
• Record sales activities, product development updates and assist with order fulfilment.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in business development, project or product management within energy storage, electric energy management or related sectors such as PV.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong team player who can motivate and influence others.
• Interest in smart energy solutions and electric energy‑saving products.
• Very good English proficiency.
