About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our international team. The role involves handling client inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints in both French and English while maintaining a friendly and dynamic attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client requests for information, clarification, or complaints.
• Listen actively to understand issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain a positive, energetic demeanor during all interactions.
• Document client interactions and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with the Group Manager and other team members to ensure service quality.

Required profile

• Education level: high school diploma (Bac) or higher.
• Strong command of both French and English.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but recent graduates are welcome.
• Good computer literacy.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and service‑oriented attitude.
