About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead and expand the Buy Now Pay Later dealer network within the assigned territory. You will ensure that dealers meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement dealer sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Train dealers on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer operations, branding, and compliance.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze sales data to spot growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Prepare periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
