Executive Assistant Project Manager

About the role

The Executive Assistant Project Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Dakar Region, supporting senior leadership in planning, coordinating and monitoring telecom infrastructure projects while handling executive assistance duties.

Key responsibilities

• Organise project timelines, track deliverables and prepare reports and presentations.
• Coordinate communication between engineering, logistics and inspection teams.
• Schedule and document meetings, manage correspondence and maintain accurate project records and dashboards.
• Support expediting activities, assist with vendor and client follow‑up, and ensure operational priorities align with organisational goals and quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in expediting, project management, inspection and logistics management within telecom or infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, business administration, project management or a related field.

• Project tracking software and spreadsheet tools.
