HR Manager / Supervisor – Dakar, Senegal

About the role

Transsion Holdings is expanding its local team in Dakar and is looking for experienced HR professionals to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. The positions include an HR Supervisor and an HR Manager, both focused on driving people strategy and organizational excellence in a fast‑growing multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Senegal labor laws.
• Drive performance management, learning, and development programs.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience for the Supervisor role; 5 years with supervisory experience for the Manager role.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Must be based in Senegal and authorized to work locally.
