About the role
PZ Cussons is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the East and South region. You will own the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with key customers, driving both volume growth and brand building across our core categories of Hygiene, Baby, and Beauty.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve agreed customer targets and KPIs through effective partnership management.
- Develop, negotiate and implement Joint Business Plans aligned with overall business strategy.
- Lead channel and category activities, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
- Provide inputs to commercial planning processes (IMEX, CPM, Battle Plan, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct quarterly reviews, and reconcile accounts monthly.
- Coach and train the sales team to maximise results.
Required profile
- First‑degree qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a proven track record in customer and field‑sales management.
- Strong understanding of business objectives, Joint Business Planning, and commercial planning processes.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and leadership competencies.
