Operations Manager – Visa Application Centers

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end operations of Visa Application Centers (VAC) within the assigned jurisdiction. You will ensure that all processes meet speed, accuracy, financial, and compliance standards while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all VACs in the jurisdiction, ensuring SLA delivery.
• Monitor process compliance on speed, accuracy, and financial parameters.
• Produce daily operational and business reports.
• Coordinate with mission teams for performance reviews.
• Drive profitability through upselling value‑added services.
• Maintain VAC facilities in line with audit compliance norms.
• Lead people management activities, including staffing and performance.
• Collaborate with the PMO on process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar operations management role.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask and work with multiple business groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
