SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our content strategy, optimize site performance, and manage PPC campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists, and optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor, and refine paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and lower cost per acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
