VRF Installation Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time VRF Installation Technician to join our team in Dakar. The successful candidate will install, maintain and repair Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems for industrial and residential projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install VRF equipment according to design specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect and test installed systems to verify correct operation.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and carry out repairs on VRF components.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on electromechanical systems.
• Document work performed and report any deviations to the project manager.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve installation processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance, especially VRF or similar HVAC systems.
• Background in facility or building maintenance for industrial or residential settings.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in facility operations.
• Relevant technical certifications or training in electromechanical systems.
• Ability to work on‑site, solve problems quickly and adapt to new technologies.
