Chargé(e) de Coordination et de Suivi – Événement International

About the role

This position supports the development of national and international events by coordinating all follow‑up activities. The role is based in Dakar and requires immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update event databases.
• Contact companies and entrepreneurs to present the forum and gather interest.
• Conduct prospect follow‑up through calls, emails and messaging apps.
• Schedule appointments, confirm participation and ensure accurate records.
• Produce regular activity reports for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 in Commerce, Marketing, Communication, Management or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability, rigor and teamwork spirit.
• Good command of standard computer tools.
• Experience in commercial prospecting, client relations or call‑center work is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
