Chief Representative – Senegal Office

About the role

Dubai Chambers is seeking an accomplished and highly connected Chief Representative to lead its international office in Senegal. The senior leader will drive strategic engagement, strengthen government and business relationships, and execute Dubai’s international economic agenda while overseeing all local office operations and promoting Dubai as a global business hub.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of Dubai Chambers’ international strategy in Senegal, aligning with Dubai’s economic priorities and global competitiveness agenda.
• Act as the official representative, enhancing Dubai Chambers’ presence, influence, and visibility in the local market.
• Build and maintain high‑level relationships with government entities, business associations, strategic partners, and key decision‑makers to advance economic diplomacy.
• Oversee market intelligence, identifying opportunities and risks, and provide strategic insights to Dubai Chambers and stakeholders.
• Promote Dubai as a leading business destination, attract high‑potential companies to Dubai, and support Dubai‑based firms entering the Senegal market.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international business or economic development.
• Extensive network of government and business contacts in Senegal and the wider region.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic engagement and manage an international office.
• Strong understanding of trade, investment promotion, and bilateral business flows.
