Class A CDL Driver – Healthcare Linen Delivery

About the role

Join NOVO Health Services as a Class A CDL Driver delivering finished linen products and picking up soiled linen from hospitals and other healthcare facilities. You will represent the company professionally while ensuring timely, safe, and compliant transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Safely load and unload carts to transport linen to and from customer sites.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
• Update customers on delivery status using effective communication.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local DOT regulations.
• Observe OSHA rules related to blood‑borne pathogens.
• Perform preventative vehicle maintenance, keep the truck clean, and disinfect after transporting soiled linen.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and a 7‑year Motor Vehicle Report.
• High school diploma or GED; formal education or training preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new applications.
• 2‑3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industries; prior driver experience required.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and pushing carts weighing 300‑400 lb.
• Capability to work in various weather conditions.
