Facilities Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Lead to drive operational excellence across our offices in Senegal, supporting the Regional Office Management Lead and ensuring smooth workplace operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate office expansion, real‑estate searches, lease tracking and renovation projects.
• Supervise day‑to‑day office management, facilities maintenance, health & safety compliance and workplace readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, quotations and cost negotiations.
• Oversee fleet management, office supplies, equipment procurement and stock management.
• Prepare budgets, operational reports, presentations and management updates.
• Support travel coordination, logistics for office projects and act as backup for the Regional Office Management Lead.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in office management, facilities, logistics or operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Management or related field.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with regional teams.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and problem‑solving skills.
