F&B Service Expert

About the role

Join the Four Points by Sheraton team in Diamniadio Sports City as a Food & Beverage Service Expert. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, friendly service and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, and dining areas according to hotel standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

• Ability to read and verify menu information.
• Basic cash handling and transaction processing.
