Fieldforce Team Leader (Senegal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fieldforce Team Leader to drive performance of a Hybrid Medical Representative team in Senegal. The role focuses on people leadership, coaching, field support and commercial growth while maintaining a limited personal customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives.
• Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to improve capability and performance.
• Set clear objectives, performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability and execution excellence.
• Ensure effective execution of detailing, merchandising, order‑taking and pharmacy activation programs.
• Monitor territory coverage, customer engagement and support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Drive achievement of team sales targets, review performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with selected healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers, facilitating local educational and activation activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting, CRM compliance and high data‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare or FMCG sales.
• Proven experience leading, coaching or mentoring field‑based sales teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional engagement and customer relationship management.
