Food & Beverage Manager (II-D)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager (II-D) is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at Diamniadio Sports City, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room‑service areas. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction, maintains high service standards, and meets or exceeds financial targets while complying with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control budgets for all F&B departments, ensuring cost‑management objectives are met.
• Lead and supervise the entire Food & Beverage team, handling day‑to‑day operations and stepping in for staff as needed.
• Drive exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns and reinforcing brand service culture.
• Implement business plans, financial strategies, and employee engagement initiatives to improve performance.
• Maintain compliance with food and beverage laws and regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop staff.
