Food & Beverage Manager II-D

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager II-D will lead all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations at Diamniadio Sports City. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, the role ensures guest satisfaction, employee engagement and financial performance meet or exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control budgets for all food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring quality standards, hygiene compliance and brand service culture.
• Lead, coach and schedule the F&B team, covering all positions and stepping in when needed.
• Analyse financial results, manage cost‑control measures and drive profitability.
• Address guest concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food‑and‑beverage laws and regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and achieve financial targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.
• Knowledge of local food‑and‑beverage regulations and best practices.
