Gestionnaire Transport & Logistique

About the role

We are a transit and logistics company based in Dakar seeking a Transport & Fleet Management Manager to optimise our ground transport operations between Senegal and Mali and control costs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact reliable drivers, transport fleets, or intermediaries for Senegal‑Mali road transport.
• Make daily phone calls to drivers to precisely locate vehicles and monitor trip progress.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise operational flows and avoid container detention fees.
• Record all information rigorously and update the daily report using Excel and Lark.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 / Licence).
• Experience in a transit, logistics, or road‑fleet management company is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Lark (collaborative work platform).

What we offer

• Location: Cité de l’Émergence, Immeuble 10, Dakar.
• Salary: 150 000 – 200 000 FCFA per month plus performance bonuses based on efficiency and optimisation.
