Guest Service Driver

About the role

The Guest Service Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from assigned destinations using the property’s vehicle. This role ensures a professional, courteous experience while maintaining the vehicle’s condition and adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from designated locations and document each trip before and after completion.
• Park the vehicle in the assigned area when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any maintenance requirements and document any incidents or accidents.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff using pagers, two‑way radios, and email.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
