Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert you will be part of the Guest Environment team at Four Points by Sheraton, delivering a memorable and spotless experience for every guest. You will work across rooms and public areas, ensuring the hotel environment meets Marriott’s high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and replenish housekeeping carts.
• Maintain inventory of linens, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, handle chemicals correctly and report any hazards.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
