Hotel Guest Environment Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will play a key part in delivering a memorable stay for our guests at Four Points by Sheraton, Diamniadio Sports City. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and supporting guest requests throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to high cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests, delivering items or assistance as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with hotel safety and hygiene policies.
