HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function for Ria Financial Services Senegal, ensuring that HR strategies support business priorities. This role partners closely with local leadership and regional HR teams to drive compliance, talent management, and a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business partner for the Senegal entity, advising on workforce planning and organizational decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, manage ATS (Jobvite), and oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Drive performance management cycles, support managers with evaluations, and coordinate learning initiatives via Litmos.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and negotiated exits in line with Senegalese labor law.
• Support compensation processes, coordinate payroll with Finance, and manage benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Oracle Fusion and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs such as town halls and surveys.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Senegalese labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
