HR Manager – Senegal

About the role

The HR Manager will lead all human‑resources activities for myAgro in Senegal, shaping a high‑performing, motivated workforce that drives the organization’s impact on smallholder farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll, performance management, health & wellbeing, and employee exits.
• Ensure compliance with Senegal Labour Law and uphold ethical HR standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of HR to design and implement HR policies and systems.
• Lead and develop a growing HR team to support the entire Senegal operation.
• Champion myAgro’s values, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a transparent feedback culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting a fast‑growing organization.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of Senegal Labour Law and employee codes.
• Experience developing and rolling out HR policies and systems.

• AI tools for automation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar)
• HR data analysis, dashboard creation, and KPI reporting
