HR Officer & HR Manager (English Required)

About the role

A growing company in Dakar is looking for a smart, responsible and proactive HR Executive/Manager who speaks English fluently. The role covers recruitment, staff attendance and daily HR coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and interview coordination
• Screen CVs and arrange interviews
• Manage staff attendance and daily HR follow-up
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support internal communication and office administration
• Coordinate with management on staffing and employee-related matters

Required profile

• Age between 23 and 40 years
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment or administration is preferred
• Diploma, HND or degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage
• Strong spoken and written English is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

What we offer

• Salary range of 150,000 to 250,000 XOF, depending on experience, English ability and interview performance

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
