In-Country Consultant - Service Delivery and Client Engagement

About the role

A multinational NGO focused on strengthening health systems through data-driven solutions is looking for an In-Country Consultant (Service Delivery & Client Engagement) based in Senegal. The consultant acts as a key liaison between the client's Global Health Monitoring (GHM) team, engineering and operations teams, helping to streamline support and improve service delivery. The role suits someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven and analytical.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement in-country training on the Parsyl solution so it keeps pace with emerging needs and strengthens program sustainability.
• Develop and implement a service design framework to optimize deployment support for Parsyl customers.
• Oversee quarterly updates of the device inventory and management system, including packaging and distribution.
• Manage daily in-country customer support and oversee customer requests, adapting methods to the operational context.
• Advocate for practical, measurable project designs, keeping support materials maintained and implementation documents accessible.
• Build consistency in program outputs, implementation and assessments, and maintain corporate delivery standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field; a Master's in Project Management or Public Health is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing and client support consultancy services.
• Specialized experience in service delivery and project design.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent in the official language of Senegal; English is desirable.

• Strong understanding of technology-based solutions, device configuration and deployment workflows in healthcare or logistics settings.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Operational and logistics management, including inventory tracking and deployment.
• Performance monitoring and reporting, including KPI tracking and data-driven recommendations.
• Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, partners and local authorities.
