Innovation Associate – Innovation Consultant

About the role

myAgro is looking for an Innovation Associate Consultant to support the design, testing and scaling of new farmer‑engagement approaches in Senegal. The role blends solution development, curriculum creation and digital learning tool design with hands‑on field work to ensure innovations match the realities of smallholder farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Innovations team to turn hypotheses into structured, measurable experiments.
• Support design, documentation, execution and evaluation of innovation pilots.
• Conduct field visits to test approaches, gather farmer feedback and report on implementation.
• Assist with data collection, validation and analysis, synthesising learnings for the Program Manager and stakeholders.
• Present findings to cross‑functional teams, including field staff, managers and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with country teams to ensure content is culturally relevant and adapted to Senegalese farmer needs.
• Maintain feedback loops between field and Innovations teams to continuously improve program design.
• Identify farmer stories and insights to inform communication content.
• Design, develop and maintain project documentation such as training materials, implementation guides, SOPs and presentations.
