Project Manager – Oil & Gas (Senegal)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an international oil and gas project in Senegal on an interim basis. The role covers the full project lifecycle from concept through engineering, design, procurement and on‑site construction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion for budgets ranging €10‑40 million.
• Coordinate engineering and construction teams, manage packages, and ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle contract negotiation, cost control, sub‑contract management and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, execution and hand‑over of projects, either singly or as a portfolio.

Required profile

• Multiple years of project management experience in oil & gas or energy sectors.
• At least two successfully delivered energy projects.
• Fluent in English and French (professional level).
• Experience with EPC projects, preferably in European markets.
• Background in electrical engineering is advantageous.
