Prospecteur / Agent Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Prospecteur / Agent Commercial to join our sales team in Senegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities on the field and representing our company to potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in the target market.
• Conduct on‑site visits, present our services, and negotiate contracts.
• Schedule and manage appointments with prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align prospecting efforts with company goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum in commerce, marketing, or transport logistics.
• Proven experience in sales, prospecting, or business development.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
• Ability to work autonomously, organize tasks and manage appointments efficiently.
