Regional HR Business Partner

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner will support the implementation of HR strategy across multiple countries, focusing on talent management, recruitment, and organisational change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration across HR teams and countries to share knowledge and best practices.
• Lead recruitment of key roles across the cluster in partnership with local teams and hiring managers.
• Support the implementation of grading frameworks and ensure consistency in role structuring.
• Promote talent mobility and internal career opportunities across entities.
• Coordinate performance and potential review campaigns, including manager readiness and calibration.
• Develop career management tools, interview guides, and development frameworks for key roles.
• Produce and consolidate HR reporting for monthly reviews and governance forums.
• Assist in budget preparation through workforce planning and people cost projections.

Required profile

• Solid experience in HR business partnering, talent management and HR project implementation.
• Background in a regional, multicultural or multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes such as recruitment, learning & development, workforce planning, career and performance management.
• Experience with HR systems and digital tools, including HRIS and performance management platforms.
• Ability to support HR transformation and organisational change initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across functions and countries.
