Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will support the implementation of the Cluster HR strategy across the Digibank and Fintech perimeter, acting as a key regional HR partner to translate Group and Cluster priorities into practical, consistent actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the 2030 HR roadmap, refine core HR processes and facilitate cross‑country collaboration.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with recruitment and drive internal and international mobility programs.
• Roll out performance management frameworks, coordinate annual review and calibration campaigns, and manage People Reviews.
• Build and track HR dashboards, produce monthly reporting and analyse metrics for corrective actions.
• Implement competitive compensation practices, support annual salary reviews, align grading and assist with workforce planning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of overall HR experience, with solid background in HR business partnering, talent management and project deployment.
• Experience in a regional, multicultural or multi‑country environment is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of core HR processes: recruitment, learning & development, workforce planning, performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS and digital HR tools.
• Full fluency in English and French.
