About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Steel Supervisor to lead market intelligence, business development and client relationship activities for the steel sector in Senegal. The role reports to the Commercial Direction and is responsible for achieving set revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market information on steel in Senegal and monitor ongoing market studies.
• Drive the development and expansion of steel‑related business activities within the Senegalese market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Achieve the revenue goals defined by the Commercial Direction.

Required profile

• University degree (Licence or Master) or equivalent in a commercial field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good coordination and teamwork abilities.
