Ready Mix Concrete Manager

About the role

Sika Sénégal is seeking a Ready Mix Concrete Manager to lead commercial activities for its ready‑mix concrete business across Senegal and the sub‑region. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a diverse client portfolio that includes construction firms, developers, and large‑scale projects.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare competitive commercial offers, and guarantee profitability and sustainability of sales.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct market analysis, and propose strategic actions to strengthen Sika’s competitive position.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in construction materials, preferably ready‑mix concrete or cement.
• Strong knowledge of the construction market, key players, and project cycles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, cost structures, and profitability management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, logistics, and technical teams.
• Fluency in English.
