About the role
We are looking for a Remote Recruitment Caller to support high‑volume hiring operations. You will engage candidates by phone, conduct initial screenings, and help schedule interviews for remote positions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound recruitment calls to prospective candidates daily.
- Perform initial candidate screenings and qualification checks.
- Explain job opportunities, schedules, and hiring expectations clearly.
- Coordinate interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and call activity in recruitment systems.
- Follow recruitment scripts, workflows, and communication standards.
- Ensure timely follow‑up and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment teams with administrative coordination tasks and track outreach performance.
Required profile
- Excellent English verbal communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable conducting high‑volume outbound calls daily.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and organized multitasking in a remote environment.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, electricity, and mobile device.
- Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, call‑center, sales, or HR support preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and recruitment processes.
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
