Remote Recruitment Caller

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Recruitment Caller to support high‑volume hiring operations. You will engage candidates by phone, conduct initial screenings, and help schedule interviews for remote positions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound recruitment calls to prospective candidates daily.
• Perform initial candidate screenings and qualification checks.
• Explain job opportunities, schedules, and hiring expectations clearly.
• Coordinate interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and call activity in recruitment systems.
• Follow recruitment scripts, workflows, and communication standards.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruitment teams with administrative coordination tasks and track outreach performance.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable conducting high‑volume outbound calls daily.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and organized multitasking in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, electricity, and mobile device.
• Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, call‑center, sales, or HR support preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow structured scripts and recruitment processes.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
