About the role
We are looking for a Retail Manager to lead daily store operations, create a unique retail experience and meet performance targets. The role combines strategic budgeting, merchandising, and team leadership within a luxury lifestyle environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create a unique retail experience in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute creative merchandising layouts.
- Set annual budgets and targets with the management team.
- Manage budgets, profit and loss accounts and monitor KPIs.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and forecast sales trends.
- Identify income‑generation opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team on limited‑edition commissions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legal, health and safety standards.
- Recruit, evaluate and develop retail staff.
- Monitor brand performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints and oversee in‑store promotional events.
Required profile
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Retail Manager.
- Experience in the luxury lifestyle or fashion retail sector is an advantage.
- Professional certification is a plus.
- Strong organisational, planning and coordination abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Passion for fashion, design, art and culture.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to create spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
- Good knowledge of sales software and data entry.
