About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Advisor, providing bilingual support in French and English to our clients in Dakar. You will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist prospects and customers by resolving issues and providing information.
• Promote the brand image and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage complaints effectively and act as an ambassador for customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills, organized, autonomous, and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using digital tools and eager to adopt new technologies.

• Proficiency in standard office software and digital communication platforms.
