HR Manager – Senegal

About the role

myAgro is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Thies, Senegal. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will shape a high‑performing workforce that supports the organization’s mission to empower smallholder farmers across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll, performance management, health & wellbeing, and employee exits.
• Ensure compliance with Senegal Labour Law and internal policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems and dashboards to improve efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Lead and grow a local HR team, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration and inclusion.
• Champion myAgro’s values and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑growing organization.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and working with Senegal labour regulations.
• Proven track record of designing and rolling out HR policies and systems.
