Local Representative – Retail Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical

About the role

WorldProNet is seeking a motivated Local Representative to help a leading healthcare client, Hefame, expand its two key products – Blevit infant cereal and Enzymax digestive supplement – across Senegal. You will act as the bridge between global business opportunities and local market players, leveraging your network in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, distribution and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Promote WorldProNet’s services and introduce them to prospective local partners.
• Identify and engage potential distributors, importers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and baby‑care retailers for Blevit and Enzymax.
• Facilitate introductions, arrange meetings and support negotiations between Hefame and local stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence on product registration, distribution channels, competition and pricing.
• Represent WorldProNet and its client at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Assist with follow‑up activities and local business‑development initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Established relationships within Senegal’s pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer‑health sectors.
• Knowledge of key stakeholders in distribution, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics or baby‑care retail channels.
• Understanding of local regulatory and product‑registration requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong networking and negotiation abilities.
• Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
