Officer, Meetings and Events

About the role

The Meetings & Events Officer will support the planning, coordination and delivery of meetings and events across OSF’s global offices and external venues. Working in a hybrid setting, you will help create consistent event workflows, policies and tools, ensuring colleagues receive clear guidance throughout the event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive event support framework, including lifecycle, workflows, policies and stakeholder roles.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to event organizers and redirect requests to appropriate parties when needed.
• Deliver regular training on event design principles, tools and compliance.
• Maintain organized supporting materials for easy access by organizers.
• Offer hands‑on logistical support for high‑priority and complex events, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

• Excellent judgement, cultural awareness and the capacity to work in fast‑moving environments.
• Professional discretion, integrity and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
