O&M Site Manager – Kolda

About the role

Renvolt is expanding its operations in Senegal and needs an experienced O&M Site Manager to lead on‑site activities at its Kolda photovoltaic plant. Reporting to the O&M Offshore Project Manager, you will ensure rapid troubleshooting, efficient maintenance, and reliable production restart.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast on‑site and remote troubleshooting and implement fault recovery solutions.
• Carry out specialized technical maintenance and commissioning activities for photovoltaic power plants.
• Perform on‑site technical assessments and produce detailed technical reports to support claim processes.
• Deliver training workshops and share best practices to build local maintenance competence.
• Develop and improve maintenance management processes, documentation, and reliability studies.
• Represent employees on health, safety, and environmental matters and chair SHE committee meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or Master in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering.
• Government certificate authorising operation of electrical power plants.
• Medical fitness certificate and a valid Senegal driver’s licence.
• Advanced English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Required skills

• Commissioning and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants.
• Electronics and automation fault detection and troubleshooting.
• SCADA and remote control system experience.
• Data acquisition and communications systems knowledge (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and reporting software.
