About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Traveller Support Agent to join our team in Dakar. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, providing assistance through phone, email and chat while ensuring a smooth and high-quality journey experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle traveler inquiries and requests via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide timely, accurate information and resolve issues to support seamless client journeys.
- Maintain high service standards and respond quickly to emerging situations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization, time-management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Customer-focused with meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ticketing tools and related computer systems.
What we offer
- 40 hours per week on a fixed-term (CDD) contract.

- Competitive net salary of approximately FCFA 330,000 per month.
