Payroll & Benefit Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Payroll & Benefit Assistant to support our growing team in Senegal. You will ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits and payroll‑related processes, contributing to a smooth employee experience as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Support benefits administration, including eligibility checks, documentation, renewals, invoice collection and coordination with providers.
• Provide day‑to‑day assistance to employees on benefits‑related questions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records for all benefit plans.
• Prepare and issue domiciliation letters promptly upon employee request.
• Track, consolidate and validate monthly allowances (transport, housing, communication, etc.) before payroll processing.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of all benefits and allowance data.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or benefits support.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR practices.
• Familiarity with the Senegalese labor environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
